Seemed like a more civil side of Negan. Yeah, I wish they had divulged that info even if just by word of mouth. In this world though, if you find someone who's got medical training, I'm guessing the amount of questions you ask will be rather limited than if it were just some average Joe off the streets who doesn't have any medical training.
