MrDrew Posted September 29, 2017 Share Posted September 29, 2017 I'm surprised really smart people aren't more violent. I'm pretty dumb, but very knowledgeable about my job. Most of the company knows nothing about how anything really works, and only knows how to go by their checklist. Dealing with most of them, I fell like the smartest person in the room, and that should never happen. I want to flip out when they want to argue with me that I have to do things to their checklist, even though it doesn't make sense, or completely goes against industry standards.
