He filled in for Ryan Kelly at center last year for the first half of the season but got injured himself right before Kelly’s return and missed the rest of the year. I don't see how Paxton Lynch survives final cuts, tbh. I guess there's a slight chance the Broncos take three QBs but Case Keenum is the starter and Chad Kelly proved himself miles better than Lynch. Adams is an excellent tackler, but too many mental mistakes and deficiencies in coverage did him in. Thompson just cannot ever stay healthy. Another failed 3rd round pick by Jerry Reese. However, Thompson's Boise St teammate Donte Deayon is finally going to make the squad this year. He is undersized, but has always had a great nose for the football. PFM18 Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 Roberto Aguayo has been released by the Chargers who are going with Caleb Sturgis at kicker. For such a talented kicker in College, he really hasn't done it in the NFL. Don't know if it was the hype that maybe got to him but he just can't seem to beat anyone out for a kicking job.
