I also doubt it would be a terrible burden for anyone other then D&D to redo it getting paid and all. All of these people loved being apart of it and it appears only the show runners wanted it to end which is probably another reason driving the petition.

You'd be wrong.  You're entitled to your opinion, but when you're putting the burden of pulling them away from other scheduled projects to go and do another 11 weeks of grueling, freezing night shoots (and that was just for "The Long Night").  Sorry, man, that's just pure willful ignorance on your part.

Vegas Betting Odds After Last Weeks Episode

Ruler of Westeros after Finale:

Bran Stark -600

Sansa Stark +400

Tyrion Lannister +750

Jon Snow +900

Daenerys Targaryen +1500

Also:

Tyrion is favored to live with 2 to 1 odds, Jon is favored to live with 8 to 1 odds (heavy favorite to live), Drogon is favored not to kill any main characters, Grey Worm is favored to die with 2 to 1 odds, All Starks Favored to live. Samwell Tarly is the favorite to be the final person who speaks in the show.

Personally, if they make the Three Eyed Raven King, that is a absolutely terrible ending. The Three Eyed Raven has absolutely zero interest in politics and has little emotion to begin with. It'd be like a robot running the Seven Kingdoms.

They've been out of book info since Jon's death. But, somehow everyone is heated about only this season? What about the other seasons where they were freely writing not based off of Martin's books? Maybe I'm missing something.

This show's writing has been going downhill for the last couple of seasons.

Considering they are not under contract anymore it would be entirely up to them. And if they all decided to up and reshoot it (which would never happen) then how would that put the burden on them if they consented to it?

No, lots of people were heated about season 7 as well.

And you still don't, the foreshadowing in early seasons came to pass in a mere two episodes with some friends dying and her boyfriend turning her down. That's what brought about her decision to burn down a city when she has shown throughout many seasons to withstand situations like those that have haunted her before.

It was rushed very poorly, even if thats how they always decided to end her character that's not who her character was even 2 to 3 episodes ago. That's the problem, we weren't dealing with Mad Queen Dany. We didn't even really see her coming, Dany was still Dany up until Missendei died. Then all of a sudden she just up and turns into a genocidal maniac with very little reason to do so. At least none that she hasn't already dealt with before without going awall.

So again the problem was never the foreshadowing. It was the writing that basically did a 180 on a beloved character in the span of like 2 episodes.

I'm still baffled about my biggest gripe of the episode.

How did Jaime of all people managed to best Euron Grejoy? That was by far the worst scene of that episode and comes in at a solid 2nd worst for this series. 3rd going to Tyrion actually believing Cersei keeping her word about anything.
