RandyMossIsBoss Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 Eagles are 2 plays and ~15 yards from 0-4... about the only positives through these first 4 weeks is that Wentz is completely fine, looks like his 2017 self, and run D is still pretty much a wall.... The OL? Suspect. Good run blockers still but suddenly a piss poor pass blocking unit. WRs? Trash. Alshon comes back and is a beast, but then Agholor drops half his targets. Can’t get by with just a single good WR. Pass rush? Suspect. Combination of personnel and coaching. Almost always run basic 4 man rush and OLs have not had much trouble stopping it, double Cox, let the edge rushers overextend since they’re coming from so far out, and QB has easy clean pocket to step up into. Pass D? Awful. Hard to tell if it’s scheme or talent. Mills is obviously just not a talented player but the others seem like they are.. doesn’t change the fact that this unit just made Mariota look like Aaron Rodgers. Intangibles? Awful.
