A stacked D that knew the formations, plays, and audibles because Callahan changed nothing from the year before. Remember 3 of the TDs came on interceptions. Even with changing the system the ex coaches knowledge of the players is enough to give a huge advantage. I can not say anything with 100% certainty but I believe the deciding factor was Gruden.
