smokeybandit
Penn State had injury issues on the DL this year so Givens was asked to play a lot of snaps at both DT and DE. Hell test well in the cone drills.

smokeybandit
Somehow Givens' lost 0.21 seconds for his official time of 5.08. Just some strange timing issues this year at the combine.

Just some strange timing issues this year at the combine. That was probably expected. That 2nd run was like .2 seconds below his first run and measured an absurd sub 1.6 10 split. It should have been evident that there was a good chance something went wrong with timing of the start of his 2nd run.
Scoundrel
Well Givens looks very quick on film.

smokeybandit
You could see Givens stumble a bit off the block on his first run, while the second one was clean, so an improvement was expected.

24isthelaw
Is there a results tracker out there? I used to follow a Google Sheets spreadsheet with the results but it's gone this year.
goldfishwars
Trysten Hill's drill work is unbelievable, moves like a man half of his size.

His ability to change direction without stutter stepping or wasting any movement is special.
Scoundrel
That’s interesting about Hill, because he plays out of control at times. This shows it’s just play style with reckless abandon and not body control. He ends up on the ground a lot and puts his head down too much. He clearly has the movement skills but he will need technique refinement in the NFL.
