yeah gotta give a shoutout to them doing one on short notice.

Wasn’t really short notice. He was put on life support the day before.

If it wasn’t for WWE hall probably would have been dead a long time ago. They paid for his rehab many times. Say what you want about how cold blooded they are in business but they take care of their ex wrestlers who fall to addiction.

So is Austin going to participate in this feud at all or is he just going to show up and mania and that’s it?

I'm guessing it will go kind of like Undertaker-Cena at Mania 34.  He won't participate, and try to leave doubt.  Owens comes to the ring, and waits in silence, and then Austin's music hits.  He runs out and squashes Owens in >5min.

Austin isn’t leaving doubt though. He said he’ll be there. There’s only 1 raw left till mania. You would have thought he’d have some sort of confrontation with owens.

Austin's knees are shot from an athletic standpoint.  They don't want to overexpose him.  He'll basically do an interview with owens, hit the stunner, drink a beer and that'll be it

If anyone hasn't watched it, MJF's interview with Ariel Helwani is Grade-A amazeballs stuff.  Best part is, you can pretty much tell he's doing 90% of it from the hip.

He says some great stuff in there. The stuff about watching literally all wrestling so he can have his finger on the pulse of the industry shows how advanced his mind is for the business.

WWE 2k22 definitely a step in the right direction, but still not as good as the AKI games. Nice foundation to eventually create a game equal to those games though. They need to massively improve the story modes, and tighten up some gameplay stuff, but it's one of the better wrestling games to come out in recent years.
