Baldbob
My opinion is they need a hard a$$ not a “ players coach”. My pick would be Ron Rivera or Mike McCarthy. Both would be wise choices. A draft/ talent wise no nonsense Gm Tom Coughlin. Lol. Imagine the fines he would dish out to this cast of crazies.

NYJets4716
Someone who can keep their divas in check. Especially with a immature qb
Split the Sticks
The GM can't fire the owners. so, no fix
MWil23
Give me Riverboat Ron as the HC. I’d hire Coughlin just to fire him. He’s awful.

He's really good at the draft and acquiring talent in general but horrible at contracts and building a balanced roster. Apparently he had big problems in KC with relationships too and rubbed people the wrong way. That might factor into him hiring a loser HC like Freddie Kitchens over getting a more respected guy who has his own strong opinions. NateDawg
It’s all about the QB as far as sustainable success. No more coaches that will permit Mayfield to run his own show and not put in the necessary work to improve. Someone Baker doesn’t like that much is just fine so long as he gets the talent out of him. If the next guy can’t ... maybe the coach isn’t the issue.

We have John DePodesta who's supposed to help out with the cap situation. We'll see how that plays out in the future. And he was in a tough situation with Freddie. Supposedly he wanted to hire McCarthy with the condition that he'd keep Freddie on as OC and McCarthy wasn't for it. After how good our offense was last year with Freddie as OC, it would have been hard to risk letting him leave. Obviously it hasn't worked out so far, so we'll see if Freddie gets fired after this season or not. To the OP, no way Dorsey gets replaced. And for Coughlin? LOL. Rivera and McCarthy are both possible HC candidates if Freddie does indeed get fired, though.
