pnies20
They have a good roster and a good set of draft picks. It will be attractive for established HC candidates. Word is that dee haslam is willing to do unnatural things to get Josh McDaniels. I think it’s going to be Stefanski. I want Rivera.
Cheesehawk
Had to be done. Will be interesting to see who will want out of Cleveland

He changed up his entire offense and it was awful. The team was willing to live with Miscues as a HC as long as the offense was clicking. I think between the two franchises, we could certainly arm wrestle over who put the "fun" in dysfunctional.
Xmad
So. They threw out the everything but the kitchen sink, then they threw out the kitchen sink. What's left?
KingOfNewYork
Franchise malpractice once again. Thank God my New York Football Jets aren’t as emotional or irrational.

But there were a lot of people in the organization who liked Freddie. That seems to be fair however the moves he made looked good on paper but didnt produce as expected. The thing is Kitchens had no chance with that team as there are way to many type of personalities on that squad. They are going to need someone who can handle all that especially on offense with OBJ, Landry, and Baker. Dorsey needs to look for a no nonsense guy that would put Baker and those guys in check when needed. Baker and OBJ are way to outspoken with things and need to just keep it quiet and do the job they are suppose to do. Tweeting and talking trash isnt necessary. The whole baker talking trash to bengal fan today just blew up in his face, he has to learn to ignore that stuff and with a yes man coach they will never learn.
Onizuka
Its unfortunate but, had to be done. The dude seems like a good guy but, he was way in over his head and didn't seem to try to better his situation. He could have given up play calling duties so he could focus on being a HC but, instead decided to be stubborn and continue calling horrible plays that relied too much on the talent instead of successful scheming. Hopefully we get the coach right because an offense with Chubb, Hunt, Landry, and OBJ should not be as terrible as it was this year.

Honestly, they still are promising. They went 6-10 and were in most of their losses despite Baker's sophomore slump and this idiot running the show. They have talent. Ron Rivera would be PERFECT for this team. Edited December 30, 2019 by Elky

Crazy part his schemes were so good last year but for some reason, refused to ever use them.

SteelKing728
I usually don't support canning a guy after only a year, but this was the right move. Kitchens was totally inept and a bad hire from the get go. The Browns have a lot of talent. Now they just need to utilize it properly. A proven HC will go a long way. Knowing the Browns though... Forge
Really needed to be done. If I were a betting man, I'd say Mike McCarthy or Ron Rivera here.
