Tugboat
I enjoyed what i watched of it. I'm still obviously not invested in it like the NFL, but it's nice to have some football to throw on in the background. It's also fun to see all these guys i remember from amateur scouting the draft, and what they've ultimately turned into. At a level where they can actually get on the field and find some success. I also think i kinda love the kickoff rules. It seems like a really good solution, to keeping them safer...while actually allowing some pretty fun returns. We'll see if it lasts, or if teams will figure how to break it with scheming. That's the real crucible of a good and successful idea. Proving that it is robust against scheming and can't be totally "broken" like that. But early returns...i'm really intrigued.

They opened as league favorites and I'm not giving up on them yet. Didn't these teams only have two weeks of practice prior to week 1? Plenty of time for teams to come around. Kansas City didn't have championship caliber defense until around week 11 of this past NFL season. Tampa Bay did not open as favorites, all odds sites they were ranked Bottom 3. I trust actual Vegas Sportsbooks with money riding on it over ESPN all day long. I mean, I think Tampa will beat Seattle, and finish in the Top 6 in Standings, but they were indeed Bottom 3 in all Vegas Sportsbooks to win the title. It's so hard for me to interact with people in gameday threads because I get really nervous watching my team live. When there's no stress, it's a completely different feeling.
