The navy blues are sexy. you can change decals and facemasks as much as you want. It's actually a one shell rule. Rams have been changing their Horns the last couple years to do this Some teams went from an alternate helmet to just doing a different look with their current shell My guess is when it gets repealed next year, the chargers will have a Navy helmet to wear with those Unis.
