I think the team did very well  in the first 3 rounds,  pretty solid in round 4,  and the usual mixture in rounds 4-7, but can’t help feel we left some talent on the table by not being more aggressive in trading up on day 2.

I agree, especially with the DTs that flew off the board in he early to mid third. DT was obviously on their radar. Add Madabuike or Gallimore to this class instead of Dantzler and one of the fourths, I’d like it even more.

Not every player is exactly who I wanted, but I can more than get behind every selection. And the philosophy behind it was great. I'm not a fan of trading up and getting more picks, particularly higher picks next year, is fantastic.

Agreed. Feel like we added some solid depth/competition throughout the roster.

Would Reiff be the long term answer? Is the new guy ready to start at LT from day one?

It is doubtful that Reiff could be a short-term answer at guard. It is even less likely he would be a long-term answer.

It is also doubtful that the new guy would be ready to start at LT from day one.

I think the presumptive starters on the offensive line at this point would be Reiff, Elflein, Bradbury, Dozier, and O'Neill.
