Problem he is in love with what he does best and fails as a head coach. He hired Woods and Pfeifer from Minnesota days and fails to coach them as he does not understand his responsibilities as HEAD coach. I like him personally but bottom line he fails as head coach. We are getting the ball out slower than last year and still have a significantly lower pressure rate. A healthy Wills seems like it has a lot to do with it along with a much better result from the RT position. We haven't faced the greatest pass rushes yet so it may even out but so far the line has done significantly better than last year statistically.
