It was hard to have a worse foreshadowing, but when he managed to throw 4 INT that game and whoever our coach was had to field questions about him being our starter going forward, that did it. candyman93
In terms of adding a veteran leader at DT, I’m still looking at Shelby Harris and Matt Ioanidis Harris is a monster at batting passes

We do that and I’ll be happy with the defense

Ioannidis would be the icing on the cake. He is really good. That said, we have 6 DTs on the roster. Doubt we’re gonna sign another one. He’s been injury prone but he has produced when he’s played.
hornbybrown
With the addition of Godwin we now have to players who can take too off the defence and actually catch the ball. Schwatrz won’t be making this team
BetterCallSaul
I’m not ready to dump Schwartz yet. He will have to ball out to make it, but I’ve seen more from him than I have from Bell/Woods to be honest. He has at least flashed big play potential. If we’re gonna run with a #5/6 WR on the roster, his potential might keep him around over the cripplingly slow Bell/Woods.

Nobodies going to steal him away. Keep Bell as the only slow possession WR. Cooper DPJ Moore Bell Goodwin Schwartz I think Jakeem Grant retires when he realizes he can’t run anymore. Bell seems more like a 5th rounder and is slow on film. Schwartz has no bend or agility and doesn't even seem to have deep speed.
