The Nassau way of life is one of uncertainty: a way of life dominated by pleasure-seeking and indulgence that relies upon the wheels of trade and fortune to continue to spin to preserve the precarious and increasingly contentious dynamic of Nassau. Nassau is perpetually shadowed by the threat of Spain and England, with the latter becoming increasingly aggressive in its efforts to subdue the wayward Nassau and its pirating inhabitants. This threat is not lost upon the powers that be in Nassau, as a coalition aspires to a better, more prosperous Nassau, that need not worry of these external threats. But, as it would be, while some seek to allay anxiety, there are those who seek to exploit that anxiety (cough Trump cough), and engage in selfish endeavors to gain power or exert a degree of petty revenge... but at a cost that they cannot fathom, yet. The familiar breeze that allows for the Nassau way of life carries unfamiliar whispers of treachery and deceit, as some plot in the shadows, while others demure in self-interest. The issue is self-evident, as unassailable internal violence begins to break out... Before, Nassau was always unified against external threats, can it be that way once more? Or will the instability result in Nassau cannibalizing itself? No matter Nassau's fate, it is certain that SwAg will not be the last to have his blood shed. SwAg is dead.
