Honestly not surprised to see Mahomes on there. His intermediate accuracy suffered more than anything else when he first injured his ankle. Just a little bit off on a lot of those 20ish yard throws while banged up.

Patriots’ defense has been responsible for 10.4 percent of all the interceptions in the NFL and has allowed just 0.3 percent of all the touchdown passes in the NFL.

The Patriots’ defense has allowed a cumulative passer rating this season of 35.6. The league average is 91.4

I think the Falcons are allowing a passer rating of 1000.00 or something close to it

Should be exciting to watch now that he has a gimpy ankle and knee.

Not sure where else to discuss this, but teams are currently 0-1 after guaranteeing victories this year. Jarvis giving the Patriots more ammunition for this weekend is next level stupid.

He clarified, saying he meant “we are going there to win”. Shrug.

Different perspective from the Pats’ weak schedule; here are their opponents’ stats vs their stats against the NE defense -

PPG vs NE: 3.9

PPG vs field: 17.6

Yards/Play vs NE: 4.0

Yards/Play vs field: 5.03

TD-INT vs NE: 1-18

TD-INT vs field: 37-28

YPA vs NE: 5.0

YPA vs field: 6.7

Passer rating vs NE: 35.6 (if you spike the ball on every down, you get a 39 rating)

Passer rating vs field: 85.1

I'll let it slide. Landry doesn't strike me as the type of guy who guarantees victories. He earns everything. He probably did just have slip of the tongue. Not that it really matters.
