But how many four sack games is he going to get tho. He had a huge sack game yesterday but prior he was quiet sack wise all season. Still make an impact but he won’t be facing OLs like that the rest of the year

The thing with players like Donald is that pressure from the interior is so much more valuable than the edge. Yes his sack numbers are insane and pretty, and reflect just how unstoppable he is. However, from the interior, you can still be absolutely WRECKING an offense without necessarily showing up in eye-popping sack numbers. To me his sacks are just a positive byproduct of how much mayhem he's causing to the pocket, rather than the bottom line.

Also intended or not, this kinda comes off as trying hard to nitpick an all-time elite talent playing peak football, due to something other than honest football discussion.

Didn’t say it helps his case but sure as hell doesn’t ruin his case. It’s not about what the Jones are going to do. There will be a market for him and that will set his value, which is going to be High but not as what it should be because of Covid hurting the cap.

ppl are acting like this completely wrecked his value. Watch the Cowboys low ball dak and say it’s because of this injury and Dak walks to a better offer and makes Jerry look dumb yet again.

what cost the Jones millions of dollars wasn’t looking dak up sooner

Curious outside of Dallas where you see Dak landing for $35-40M coming off injury? A APY number he easily gets had he stayed on pace statically for the entire 2020 season.

Keep in mind though the Teams the past 2 years who drafted QB, the teams Most likely drafting the Top 3 in the upcoming 2021 Draft Lawrence, Fields, Lance ect and those already in long term FQB contracts.

Who is driving up the price for his services? Seriously?

There will def be a market it for him.

he would look real good in SanFran with Shanny. They can get out of Jimmy Gs contract after this season too. He is a lot better then JimmyG

Is there ANY team that’s been pretty healthy?

Panthers were mostly healthy outside of the McCaffrey injury in Week 2.  This past week we lost Brian Burns (concussion), Donte Jackson (toe), and Gross-Matos (ankle?).  None of them are season-enders or anything though.

EDIT - Short is hurt too, but that is nothing new

If you say so. You listed 1 team, 2 if you include Dallas. I don't think that market despite Daks abilities is as big as you seem to think. We're not talking about paying a QB 17-20M, we're talking DBL that per year. With close to 1/2 the league most likely rolling their dice on Rookie QB deals after this next draft.

Dal

SF?

Indy?
