I <3 Faulk
Congratulations Dodger fans! As a Sox fan in L.A., when we traded Mookie I was glad he atleast went to you guys. It's been a long time coming! I am happy for you!
RuskieTitan
And to think they did it without beating trash cans. Impressive. Congrats Dodgers!

Tyronnosaurus
So the entire Dodgers team likely has it. Also, Rob Manfred did not sounds good at all. Sounded like a stroke. Pretty scary.

redsoxsuck05
Other thoughts: -Nick Anderson running out of gas in the playoffs was really consequential. I trust Blake Snell at 73 pitches more than my gassed bullpen at that point. It’s not like he’s Terry Collins letting Harvey stay in the game in the ninth...the leash should’ve been longer. This is game six of the World Series, Mr. Cash. You need to be more flexible with your decision making. -Shame on the Red Sox for forfeiting Betts, who should be a one-team lifer, to save money. Henry probably views the 2018 WS as a pyrrhic victory due to the all the tens of millions he could’ve saved on payroll. Should be banned from baseball tbh -Cashman in 2017: “the Yanks are an operational Death Star” -Cashman in 2020: “Derrrr the Rays are just a better team than us” What a huge indictment of this franchise to have this incredible young core with bundles of top prospects, only to be outflanked in the span of three years by an uncompetitive team at the time with a third of your payroll. I swear to God if Cashman says this about the Blue Jays in 2021... Edited October 28, 2020 by redsoxsuck05
redsoxsuck05
Oh and letting Turner celebrate on field with his teammates after testing positive is a horrible thing to do and will quickly put a damper on things if it causes an outbreak. After being in the bubble with all of them including a team dinner Monday night before game 6 he could have spread it then too. Plus a false positive is still possible. We'll see what comes of it though.
