Deadpulse
What in god's name do people have against Smart? Dude is locked in at a great rate right now.
DoleINGout
He lacks awareness with his GOD AWFUL shot selection. It is selfish. Smart could be a good point guard if he didn't huck everything in the playoffs and was a little more careful so he could be more durable. MookieMonstah
Well this sucks. Tatum will have the opportunity to shut up everyone now though. Dudes going to be an all star next year, put it in the bank.
SkippyX
Congrats to the Celtics for not being the Vikings in the Hershel Walker trade. Hearing talking head morons attack Ainge for not giving up his whole team to rent Davis for a year is hilarious.

SBLIII
I actually like that the Celtics did not pay/overpay for Horford. Don't take on bad contracts and try to build up with the young talent, some mid level signings and the draft.

Celts paid him $28.9 million this year and with the season on the line during an elimination game in Milwaukee, he delivered 9 pts. If he was trying to squeeze Ainge with more financial shenanigans, he learned to not bite the finger that feeds.

He was more valuable in that game than Kyrie by a long shot. One game does not determine value.

He had a good run but it's time to move on and let someone else overpay him.

The report suggesting he stepped away from the table probably means he wants the payday the C's are unwilling to give him now.

I hope he goes back to Atlanta on a 2+1 deal. Edited June 19, 2019 by seminoles1
