Zycho32 Posted December 13, 2020 Share Posted December 13, 2020 The crushing problem about the defensive woes is that I cannot see the draft or free agency ever being a balm for those problems. Any 5-Tech or ILB really worth their salt is gone usually before our First Round Selection, and often doesn't become available in the market unless there are some major question marks(Kirksey). Switching to a 4-3 won't be helpful, as it'll just look like a 2-4 Nickel most of the time if not the same 2-3 garbage we're mostly doing, leading back to the same problems.
