He has been pretty damn good for Philly, IIRC he ranks in like the 85th percentile in pick-n-roll defense and is averaging 13.9 points, 16.7 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per 36. You can do a lot worse than the NBA's 3rd leading rebounder with a 7'6" wingspan. Jonas has a little more range than Capela, and while a good defender, isn't the rim protector that Capela is, but he also isn't going to be a negative on defense. What CANNOT be overlooked is the 500% increase in beard awesomness he brings to my roster.
