Texas / OU talking to SEC?

So, the division realignment that will come with Texas and OU joining will end the annual Alabama-LSU series most likely. Bama and Auburn are expected to go East, and Mizzou to the West.

They would probably have to redo most, if not all, the protected crossovers.

Alabama and Mississippi State, though they will be in separate divisions soon, are the two geographically closest SEC schools. It wouldn't make sense if this wasn't protected.

Has there been anything to confirm that the SEC is going to divisions and not pods?

Has it been announced if they will going to the East or West? Would be hilarious if they went to the west. Would get beat up on by every team. Maybe got a good chance against  Mississippi State

Not that I've seen.  I'd imagine that both Oklahoma and Texas will be in the West.  Have to imagine Auburn and Alabama move into the East.  And Missouri moves to the West.
