Mathieu was not vaccinated in April, but planned to get it. The team used the opportunity to sign Marcus Kemp. If Mathieu was vaccinated, there should be no problem clearing him for the game. J Well they had to sign a guy to the roster to make up for the opening left because of Mathieu.
