Fair enough. I certainly can't claim that it's not a possibility. If he's immune, it absolutely could be to my investigations. I don't love jumping down that rabbit hole, generally speaking, but obviously there is a legit reason to entertain it based on your info. Said he had no access to a weapon to make a night kill and never has. Ordinarily, I would say this rules him out of being a mafia member, but if you have info stating that a specific mafia member may be immune to investigations outside of your own, I can't really say that for sure.
