36-3 yeah.......

The Falcons can beat bad teams. but they get wrecked by teams with good offenses. That's why I think 6-11 to 10-7 is the range they finish. They have 5 games that are winnable based on what I've seen in SF, JAX, DET, NO and CAR. They have to hope for bad days from BUF, NE and TB to even be competitive in those games. They're a bad team who could have a solid enough record for the playoffs because of their bad schedule. Not because they are actually good.

21-3 Dallas… Not looking good on that cover.

Everyone is the NFC is irrelevant except the division leaders and the second west team.

He meant in terms of a moral victory.

They play JAX, Carolina again, NO again, DET and SF. The Falcons backing into a playoff spot at 9-8 isn't out of the question.

Limping into the seventh playoff spot without ever beating a team with a winning record does not a team to watch make.

Their schedule has JAX, DET, SF, NO and CAR still on it and those are all winnable games.

They're also losable games for Atlanta - it isn't as if they're a prohibitive double digit favorite in any of these games (save for Detroit, maybe).

Atlanta can win or lose to anyone - they're not a very bad team, but they're not a very good team either.

well, atlanta beat new orleans who has a winning record.

but it doesn't make them a team to watch. their roster isn't there yet.
