The Raiders HC gets fired mid-season for making controversial statements, the future star wr kills someone, and former 1st round pick Arnette makes the headlines for a past hit-and-run. And yet the Raiders have still managed to keep winning despite all of these distractions, where I feel most teams would crumble under these type of curcumstances. And maybe that eventually happens later on but so far so good. If they can beat the rivals Chiefs tonight then this speaks volumes. I don't know who is more responsible (whether it's Mayock, a staff member, player, or the janitor) but someone in that organization deserves alot of credit for keeping the team together and focused.
