That was a dog fight, boys.

I know he's the center of a lot of debate in this forum but Mayfield is one tough SOB. Hell of a game. See you in 2 weeks, rest up and get healthy 🤙🏼

Good win for you guys. Pretty good grip of the division right now.

He wasn’t perfect, but he wasn’t why the offense failed.  Receivers need to catch passes, break tackles, etc.

You need a running game.  Special teams need to make FG’s

Swinging gate offensive tackle play on some of those isn’t a huge asset either. He actually did pretty well avoiding some sacks. Far from perfect but he’s fighting an uphill battle big time.

Who’s defending him?  I just can’t watch receivers drop passes, not get open, OC call plays like a drunk 16 year old playing Madden, rush for 40 yards and scream like a brain dead arse “IT’S ALL ON THE QB”

Our QB performed much better than theirs. We lost. Our QBs fault.

Maybe we need to look at other things? 7 or so drops. 2 yards per carry.

Good game Baker, you battled and it’s not your fault we can’t score over 17 points the last 7 games. It’s everyone else’s fault. Stefanski somehow forgot to coach after last year. Chin up big guy!

C’mon Stefanski has been garbage as a play caller/OC. Our biggest series and we trot out Johnson? We need play makers and they want to run 2 TEs when Felton and Hunt would be a lot more dangerous.

Every single aspect to this offense is total garbage. Baker is horrible Stefanski called the game like it’s a JV game. We had 5-6 dropped passes. Hunt and Chubb were barely used to even blame them for anything.

every aspect of our offense is so freaking unclutch it’s mind boggling

Yeah, that too.

It’s just so wild to watch people crap on Baker like he lost us the game when he clearly outplayed his counterpart in Lamar.

And then there’s scrabble who’s convinced Higgins would have won us the game…

Is that the criteria? Not the reason why they failed? What about being a reason why they succeed? Again, it is ok to admit partial blame because when the offense has looked this bad, there is plenty of blame to go around.

Sure blame him. I remember every team on game winning drives today  making easy catches and also dropping passes in their hands.

A screen would have been a ballsy call on that 4th down, we dont have a ballsy coach

Stefanski usually is, though. Sometimes he's been too ballsy. But the offensive game planning the past few weeks has been terrible, no doubt.

He’s usually so rational and even tempered though

Yeah man it’s confirmation bias though as always. People have a lens and look for that self fulfilling prophesy. Lamar throws 4 picks and we have a guy that plays ok with no help literally whatsoever including run game and he’s the problem. Baker still pisses me off at times and I don’t know his future here for certain but people need to be rational.

I’m not going to argue semantics, but that’s the discussion that’s happening here.
