I have to imagine that he has had a lot of NFL feelers over the years and I'm a little surprised he didn't make a run for that. I get why he is leaving OK though. Hurts and Lamar were close to identical in their first 15 starts (stats, not record of course) This does not make Hurts a legend or a sure fire pro bowl QB.
