You must not have seen Tebow play if you actually think that.

Hurts may not be the dude but he’s still a whole galaxy above Tebow

Oh I watched them both. I am using hyperbole, obviously... but Hurts is insanely limited as a QB.

The Ravens will be the #1 seed in the AFC if they win tonight. With random UDFAs and raw rookies starting all over the place, a defence that can’t stop a nosebleed, a terrible and injured offensive line, washed up running backs signed off the couch, and a QB with the immune system of a chemo patient.

electric.

I stand by my opinion that the Raven's problems are not the most fixable mid season. You'll win more than you lose because of Lamar, but I have a hard time seeing them as the best record, the best team, or having a particularly good chance to get through the AFC playoffs

Seems like a weird move. Like dude do you want a shot at the big time or not?

That was my first thought. I have to imagine that he has had a lot of NFL feelers over the years and I'm a little surprised he didn't make a run for that. I get why he is leaving OK though. They aren't going to have that kind of success in the SEC

What he said.

Hurts and Lamar were close to identical in their first 15 starts (stats, not record of course)

This does not make Hurts a legend or a sure fire pro bowl QB.

It does mean he was fine as a mid 2nd round pick.

Have you seen Urban in the NFL? Saban in the NFL? Why would he take a awful NFL gig, when he can help rebuild SC and be most talked about coach in Southern California.

I actually like it a lot for USC

I have this image of the new NIL rules really turning USC into a powerhouse. I feel like a Reggie Bush type back in the day would have cleaned up incredibly as the face of NCAA and in a city like LA

A savvy recruiting and marketing team could probably bring in some serious talent to these city schools
