Davis Mills could have looked much worse than he has, but given the situation (coaching, surrounding talent, teams he has faced, was more a develop a year guy) he has had some promise. He has ideal size (6'4" 225 or so), plus athleticism (4.58), smarts (Stanford) and pedigree (5 star, ~40th highest hs qb in the last two decades).
