So with the Rams-Cardinals playing on Monday night, that pretty much guarantees the following:

  1. If the Niners beat the Cowboys (or Eagles beat the Bucs - less likely), the Packers will be playing on Saturday (probably Sat night).
  2. If there are no upsets on Saturday, meaning we play the winner of Rams-Cardinals, we'll be playing on Sunday

I'd prefer all our games be at night - or late afternoon starts. The darker (read: the colder) the better.

This would be ideal assuming Dallas doesn't choke against SF.

Dallas could choke vs anyone

Z coming off the bench for 10-15 rushes per game would be huge for the defense.

Let’s hope. Will the time off leave him/JA  fresh or rusty? Def don’t doubt those two but wish they could have took a few snaps vs det too.

Both will be rusty and tested in the playoffs.  Its a upgrade on paper, but they haven't played in months.

David Lombardi -  49ers enter playoffs having won 7 of 9 and 8 of 11. They possibly have NFL's best run defense, one of its hottest pass rushes and an explosive offense that's been repeatedly clutch. Efficiency metrics have them as a top-8 team on both sides of the ball.

Gotta shut down the run and make Garrapolo beat you.  The Niners are physical.  If they play the Niners, they better get tough quick.

They also don't have a QB. I know that didn't matter the last time we played in the playoffs, but the days of Pettine run fits are also over.

My NFC Fraud Meter:

1.   Philly
2.  Arizona
3.  Los Angeles
4.  Dallas
5.  San Francisco
6.  Tampa

The final three are something of a mish-mash depending on who they're matched up with.

DAL - has the offensive skill position guys - but I think either of their lines could have problems against a dominant OL/DL.
SF - lacks a dominant QB - but their DL and running games appear to be rounding back into shape.
TPA - is something of a wild card. They've lost some luster on the offensive side and I think their DL (or front package) might not be "last year strong" because of injury - but are they getting these guys back (?) - by the NFCCG? - dont know.

Tampa and SF have the formulas to give us problems...........
