Gopackgonerd
Wouldn't it be funny if we had the best special teams in the league next season? Wouldn't it be funny if we still had the worst special teams in the league next season?

Cakeshoppe
I am fully expecting us to finish the season in 25th place for net punting and with two blocked kicks and a return TD allowed in the postseason next year.

Even if LaFleur and Gute let loose of the roster reigns a little bit, a below average kicker costs you a good amount of points over the course of a season. Interestingly enough it appears he went as far north of the formidable Mason Dixon line as possible considering this indicates he picked GB over 49ers and Chicago.
