Bisaccia (bis-SOTCH-ee-uh) brings 38 years of coaching experience to the Packers, including 20 seasons in the NFL as a special teams coordinator with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders (2018-21), Dallas Cowboys (2013-17), San Diego Chargers (2011-12) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2002-10). He comes to Green Bay after working as the assistant head coach/special teams coordinator for the Raiders since 2018. This past season, Bisaccia was promoted to interim head coach for Las Vegas on Oct. 11 and led the Raiders to their first postseason appearance since 2017.

I genuinely think there's a real cap on this thing with Crosby.

Even if LaFleur and Gute let loose of the roster reigns a little bit, a below average kicker costs you a good amount of points over the course of a season.
