Unless you show you can handle being an NFL QB very quickly and handle back up duties they will move on quickly. Nothing, it’s a business at the end of the day, & he didn’t cut him, though he tried to do his job & create cap space. No harm no foul & he was honest about it. I for 1 on record saying that Byard is worth what he’s been paying the problem why the production not matching is because he’s a ball hawk safety great as a center fielder playing robber & roaming but due to our lack of quality CB play he has to play more help coverage & zone.
