Not everyone who witnessed that can process it without additional information. If people are disgusted they can turn it off. What can they do. Routine tackle turns into this. I saw some doctor on YouTube they say if you have blunt trama to your heart at the a certain moment of the heart cycle it can cause cardiac arrest.
