Morlee Posted January 16, 2023 Share Posted January 16, 2023 I don’t even blame Kirk. The wrong throw? Maybe. Maybe he thought that much smaller defender wouldn’t be able to tackle Hockensen. Either way, a fun season all around, but no one can be surprised. They refused to try anything new with the defense and it has been terrible pretty much all year. Kirk was one of the strongest links in the purple chain. I feel for him. Would have been good to have a deep playoff run but this team never convinced me that they were deep post season material.
