They get triggered if another team makes an offer for one of your free agents. So you can use your regular free agent bids to go after guys from other teams (or re-sign your own). The reserve bids sit in place so you can wait for prices to drop and revise the reserve bids each round. Gardner-Johnson, Kaleb McGary, Isaac Seumalo, Miles Sanders, Bradley Roby, P.J. Williams, P.J. Locke. Also pretty amazed to land a young kicker in Riley Patterson, got me surprised that Jacksonville let him leave as ERFA. Job right now is to make trades to get picks for the draft. K.J.
