@Justone2

Could you do me a favor and see if the changes I made to your team workbook fixed it.  It looks good to me but just want a second look before I start updating the other ones.

Thanks in advance.

Went ahead and updated the others, but if you find something off with yours let me know so that I can fix the others.

Probably missed someone, but you guys have been the most active to date.

Thoughts on the restructure values.  I base it off the teams OTC cap values.

I'm thinking 10M to the team with the most cap space upto the team with the least amount of cap space.

These new values is a average $8 M increase.

If you think we need less or more let me know.

True, but kinda takes away the need for a cap in a one year mock if you can restructure that many and that volume of money.  I mean, years ago we were complaining that teams were restructuring too much so it was capped at 3 per team.

The allotment is just based on the teams cap.  high cap less money to restructure.

I do understand the need for some balance.  If we want some real life correlation, upping the Allotment to a bigger % of what teams could do if they did a max amount based on overthecap.com.

Hey Mike I made some cuts and things to the Steelers things just to see what it would do to cap situations

It looks like they are all actually completed now, which I'm ok with all but for Kevin Dotson, I don't want to cut him, possibly trade eventually

@ny92mike Finally getting into the workbook....

I was playing around with who I can cut and in the doc it says that the estimated cap savings for a player was 1 million and change and then I cut him a i only get like 400,00 back. Am I doing something wrong or misinterpreting something?

That estimated is just that.  It doesn't factor is top 51 calculations.

Do I have any sort of option to extend voided contract players and roll their owed dead cap into their contract offer? I imagine that is what is going to happen with some of these guys

No, I tagged you all earlier to discuss.  What few that discussed said it was best to make them all UFA.

Does Dotson have a base salary?  If not he is a FA.
