Why not, let's give this a go with combine and the major free agency moves in the book.

Rules:

There are two polls - your first choice will count as 2pts, your second as 1pt. If players have the same score after 24 hours, the pick will go to the player with the most first place votes.

I will take poll options from the website below, which aggregates all media big boards - so if your guy isn't on the board, don't blame me.

https://www.nflmockdraftdatabase.com/big-boards/2023/consensus-big-board-2023?pos=ALL

Your vote can be who you would take, or who you think the team will take - it doesn't matter.

Draft Order:

1. Carolina Panthers - C.J. Stroud | QB | Ohio State

2. Houston Texans - Bryce Young | QB | Alabama

3. Arizona Cardinals - Will Anderson | EDGE | Alabama

4. Indianapolis Colts - Anthony Richardson | QB | Florida

5. Seattle Seahawks - Jalen Carter | DL | Georgia

6. Detroit Lions - Christian Gonzalez | CB | Oregon

7.  Las Vegas Raiders - Devon Witherspoon | CB | Illinois

8.  Atlanta Falcons - Tyree Wilson | EDGE | Texas Tech

9.  Chicago Bears - Paris Johnson Jr. | OT | Ohio State

10. Philadelphia Eagles - Myles Murphy | Edge | Clemson

11. Tennessee Titans - Broderick Jones | OT | Georgia

12. Houston Texans -

I’d rank them as follows:

1. Joey Porter Jr (has a legit claim to CB1 in this class, would form a dynamo tandem with Derek Stingley Jr - as well as slot into Stingley’s spot if he gets hurt).

2. JSN (As others have stated, would become a top target for Young nearly immediately)

3. Lukas Van Ness (My thought is that he’s the stout edge that Ryans could line up all over the DL)

4. Bijan Robinson (BPA of all position players, could fill in that Deebo Samuel “wide back” role).

I actually see an offensive player with pick 33 (Jahmyr Gibbs or Jalin Hyatt) opening up this pick to the defense.

This is how I did it. If they didn’t already have Metchie JSX would’ve been first for me. But he’s really a slot first guy and I still have faith in Metchie. Texans need another corner bad and Porter Jr would be a good player for a long time.

Nolan Smith, then JSN. I think EDGE needs to be a big priority for them, and I think Nolan Smith is an insanely talented player that will go earlier than the groupthink says right now.

Agreed. Rare athlete, high caliber character, big-time leader on a successful program - can't see how he isn't highly soughted in the top 10.
