My COTY so far would probably be Harbaugh? There's not really any underdog teams severely over-achieving, but the Ravens look absolutely elite right now. Problem with Harbaugh is that so far this year there have been numerous "miscommunications" or blatant coaching gaffes that have either lost us the game (Colts) or heavily contributed (Pittsburgh). He broke the deadlock between him, David Culley and Romeo Crennel and is now behind Dom Capers, Gary Kubiak and Bill O'Brien.
