Dr.O
Olu for Jets please
LinderFournette
Coleman is decent(doesn't really fit the bill as a big fast wr who runs routes tho. 2nd round I can get with it. Currently we have 2 guys who are decent Starters and a decent backup. Could use him. Just wish Jenkins was a lil bit heavier.
Daniel
I think with Calvin Ridley and NWI signed, there's no way the Titans pass on Joe Alt if he's there now.
minutemancl
Just now, Daniel said: I think with Calvin Ridley and NWI signed, there's no way the Titans pass on Joe Alt if he's there now. I mentioned this before, but the Titans GM and HC now both come from places that prioritize 3 stud pass catchers. Titans now have 2/3. Rome would solidify a great corps of receivers. Alt is obviously a consideration there as well, but I think Rome is just as likely as before the Ridley signing for the Titans at 7. Keep in mind that Nuk and Ridley are going to be 32 and 29 at the start of the season respectively.

Maybe, but the Titans have two holes at OT, so if they pass on one at 7, then they pretty much have to take someone at 38. Or go into the season with a fourth round rookie as the starting left tackle.
The Gnat
I think that's quite reasonable in terms of what the Vikings are likely to do. I'd love to not give up the 2nd this year, but I think that'd be needed, especially without having a 3rd this year.
INbengalfan
Sweat for the Bengals at 49, if not 33. They need a NT. They also have signed both Stone and Bell, so I doubt they target a safety at all, let alone day 2. I think they take an OT at 18.

onejayhawk
10 hours ago, minutemancl said: 32: Kansas City Chiefs- Xavier Worthy, WR Texas I cannot believe that you did not trade this pick with Bo Nix still on the board. Six QBs will go out in the first 32 picks, even if trade-ups are needed. 1st round picks get the extra option year which is more important for QB than other positions. Hollywood Brown makes the pic outdated. If they have to pick, Chop Robinson would be a no-brainer if he was not gone by pick #20. Who are you kidding? The next pick, Kingsley Suamataia, makes better sense. They need a swing OT and potential starting RT. Kamren Kinchens is a much better pick. They will lose Edwards and Reid is likely on his last season. Edge and TE are also priorities.

Agreed and the 2 guys i think i would target there would either be Leggette for WR 2 or sweat as our true 3-4 NT with us switching that that scheme again. Grady, Sweat, and Onyemata are a NASTY trio up front. If we think we can get a really good WR in round 3 which i feel we probably still can it's deep this year. Then i prob. go sweat 1st and WR in round 3 and CB in round 3.

Tugboat
For the Jaguars... Don't mind the Keon Coleman pick at all. I feel like he's getting a bit lost in the "pre-draft shuffle" because he's not super flashy or a real, "standout in gym shorts" type player. But he's a darn good receiver and i'd be absolutely fine with that pick there. Nothing wrong with a big physical chain moving target for Lawrence to throw to. The second round though...i don't really care for that as much. I don't see DT as a huge priority, though i certainly wouldn't look down on more depth there either. Hard to ever have too much quality depth in the rotation. I'm just not wowed by Kris Jenkins as a player. He's a disciplined, polished sort of Pro Ready looking prospect. But i question how much more "upside" there really is. Or if he's just going to be more of a "solid rotational pro". I'd probably lean more toward bolstering the OLine with someone that has real starter upside. Or a DB with some headroom. Or maybe even take that big fatty Sweat guy from Texas if DLine is the direction. He's got some concerns, but he's also got some really unique attributes that could make him an impact player, even if it's just as more of a 2-down guy. SteelKing728
This mock was before the Min/Hou trade, correct?
