goldfishwars
Team by Team at the bottom. Round 1 1. Chicago (From Carolina) - Caleb Williams | QB | USC No shock at the top here – Williams is the one quarterback prospect with purple-chip traits 2. Washington - Drake Maye | QB | North Carolina There’s a lot of noise linking Jayden Daniels to Washington at 2, but Maye is the better prospect with a more translatable profile for sustained NFL success. 3. Minnesota (From New England) - Jayden Daniels | QB | LSU With Maye off the board, I would expect New England to trade out of this spot. Eliot Wolf doesn’t need to start the rookie QB clock if the right prospect isn’t there to slot on a bare roster. The Vikings move up here for 11 and 23. They have a talented offensive roster and flexible coaching regime that can play to Daniels’ strengths. 4. Arizona - Marvin Harrison Jr. | WR | Ohio State The Cardinals could trade out of this spot if there’s a willing dance partner, but with six picks inside the top 100 already their best option might be stay put and take a player some believe is a generational receiver prospect. 5. LA Chargers - Joe Alt | OT | Notre Dame The Chargers need a receiver and with Nabers and Odunze available, it’s going to be tough for them to overlook the position. But Harbaugh has been very vocal about his want to build around the offensive line and what better opportunity than to take the cleanest tackle prospect in the class? 6. NY Giants - Malik Nabers | WR | LSU The Giants give Daniel Jones one last opportunity to prove he can be the guy. And what better way to give him a last audition, than to give him the most explosive receiver in the class? Nabers has the dynamic skill-set to open-up the entire offense. 7. Denver (From Tennessee) - JJ McCarthy | QB | Michigan With Sean Payton’s famously low patience threshold worn through, Denver have been itching to move up and swap 12, 76 and next year’s first for #7 to take JJ McCarthy. JJ has a thin resume, but teams are apparently enamoured with his IQ and abiility to convert tough third downs. 8. Atlanta - Dallas Turner | EDGE | Alabama I wouldn’t rule out corner here, but Turner is the most athletic edge in the draft and is a good fit as an outside rusher for the the team’s odd fronts. 9. Chicago - Rome Odunze | WR | Washington It wouldn’t be a shock to see Chicago move up for the last premier wide receiver on the board, but he lands to them at 9 here and they will be thrilled at the way his true X profile blends with the other established NFL stars on the roster. 10. NY Jets - Taliese Fuaga | OT | Oregon State The Jets have done well to re-build a flagging offensive line with one-year deals. The personnel staff are on the hot seat to make the playoffs, which might lead them to a more reckless play for Bowers here - but Fuaga’s potential to fill in at guard and tackle swings the selection here. 11. New England (From Minnesota) - Olumuyiwa Fashanu | OT | Penn State With no recognised left tackle on the roster, the Patriots do the sensible Patriots thing and take the most polished blind-side pass protector in the draft. 12. Tennessee (From Denver) - Troy Fautanu | OL | Washington Tennessee can go in a number of directions with their selection here, but go with the versatile Fautanu who is capable of sliding in wherever the Titans see fit. 13. Las Vegas - JC Latham | OT | Alabama With no quarterback they like to justify a selection at 13, the Vegas fill a chasm on the right side of their offensive line with the enormous sun-blotter JC Latham. 14. New Orleans - Jared Verse | EDGE | Florida State The Saints are thin at a few spots, but with the top tier tackles off the board, they opt for Verse here who fits the lengthy physical profile of what they like at edge. 15. Indianapolis - Quinyon Mitchell | CB | Toledo The Colts take the first corner off the board. It’s a position of need, and as always, the speed-size advantage of Mitchell makes him a slightly better proposition to Chris Ballard. 16. Seattle - Terrion Arnold | CB | Alabama Seattle desperately need help on the offensive line, but Arnold’s talent might be difficult for a team that covet lockdown corners and struggled with their pass defense last year. 17. Jacksonville - Brian Thomas Jr. | WR | LSU Jacksonville struggled to improve their pass-catching options in free agency, but have a chance here to draft a receiver with the size/speed profile they haven’t had in a while. He’s got genuine X-factor upside to offer this offense. 18. Cincinnati - Brock Bowers | TE | Georgia Cincinnati are going to look long and hard at defensive tackle and offensive tackle, but they’ve done an excellent job in filling out a roster where they can take a shot on the sort of game breaking talent who can put them over the top in such a competetive AFC. 19. LA Rams - Laiatu Latu | EDGE | UCLA I love this pairing. The Rams need edge help and Latu is the most-skilled rusher in the class, who probably slides due to his injury history and lack of top-tier athleticism. 20. Pittsburgh - Amarius Mims | OT | Georgia Mims is a rare specimen, in his ability to move like a tight end in jumbo-sized tackles body. Rare length and movement, but a light resume. It could take time to acclimitize, but the Steelers have to get better on the offensive line and already have a proven track record with developing lightly-season Georgia tackles. 21. Miami - Jer'Zhan Newton | DL | Illinois Miami get an instant replacement for Christian Wilkins by landing Newton here. With depth lacking in both trenches, it makes sense for them to re-build those lines whichever way they can. 22. Philadelphia - Cooper DeJean | CB | Iowa Although Howie usually saves his first round picks for the trenches, Eagles needs at corner and safety makes the uber-athletic DeJean an attractive prospect here. 23. New England (From Minnesota) - Adonai Mitchell | WR | Texas The Patriots are in desperate need for a size/speed weapon on the outside, and Mitchell give them a 4.33 target here at 23. 24. Dallas - Jackson Powers-Johnson | IOL | Oregon Dallas are particularly thin at guard and center and will be delighted to land JPJ who has the talent, size and power to excel at either. 25. Green Bay - Graham Barton | OL | Duke Green Bay loves their versatile offensive linemen and Barton has true five-spot starting potential in the NFL. It’s likely his best position in inside, but he’s a well-balanced technician that can slot in right away. 26. Tampa Bay - Chop Robinson | EDGE | Penn State The Buccaneers have struggled for find edge players through the draft, but try their hand again with the uber-athletic Robinson. He’s a physical talent, but needs a bit of seasoning to make an impact in the NFL. 27. Arizona (From Houston) - Byron Murphy II | DL | Texas The Cardinals need help at a few spots, but land a bargain in Murphy here who could be a real producer as their 4i gap shooter in their odd front. 28. Buffalo - Keon Coleman | WR | Florida State This is a good spot for Buffalo to address a number of needs, but don’t have a receiver with Coleman’s physical profile on the roster currently. He can offers a large catch radius with his easy change of direction skill. 29. Detroit - Kool-Aid McKinstry | CB | Alabama The Lions have done a good job at filling gaps on the roster this offseason and whilst guard/center might get a close look – an outside corner of McKinstry’s caliber and experience might be tough to ignore for a front office who are hell-bent on decking out the secondary 30. Baltimore - Kingsley Suamataia | OT | BYU Baltimore’s starting tackles are a banged-up Ronnie Stanley and Daniel Faalele/Patrick Mekari. Kingsley is a little raw, but has genuine starting left tackle upside. 31. San Francisco - Jordan Morgan | OT | Arizona The Niners have been notoriously difficult to predict in the Shanahan/Lynch era. What has been clear, is that more help is needed on the right side of the line and Morgan’s athletic guard/tackle profile makes him an appealing option to fill either spot here. 32. Las Vegas (From Kansas City) - Michael Penix Jr. | QB | Washington The Chiefs and Las Vegas have been unlikely dance partners before and pull another rade package together, which allows the Chiefs to add 77 to their arsenal whilst giving the Raiders a shot at Penix who is a good fit for their run and gun offense. Round 2 33. Carolina - Nate Wiggins | CB | Clemson 34. New England - Spencer Rattler | QB | South Carolina 35. Arizona - Kamari Lassiter | CB | Georgia 36. Washington - Tyler Guyton | OT | Oklahoma 37. LA Chargers - Xavier Legette | WR | South Carolina 38. Tennessee - Ladd McConkey | WR | Georgia 39. Carolina (From NY Giants) - Bralen Trice | EDGE | Washington 40. Washington (From Chicago) - Darius Robinson | EDGE | Missouri 41. Green Bay (From NY Jets) - Tyler Nubin | S | Minnesota 42. Houston (From Minnesota) - Ennis Rakestraw | CB | Missouri 43. Atlanta - Troy Franklin | WR | Oregon 44. Kansas City (From Las Vegas) - Xavier Worthy | WR | Texas 45. New Orleans (From Denver) - T'Vondre Sweat | DL | Texas 46. Indianapolis - Ja'Tavion Sanders | TE | Texas 47. NY Giants (From Seattle) - Cooper Beebe | IOL | Kansas State 48. Jacksonville - Khyree Jackson | CB | Oregon 49. Cincinnati - Zach Frazier | IOL | West Virginia 50. Philadelphia (From New Orleans) - Payton Wilson | LB | NC State 51. Pittsburgh - Ja'Lynn Polk | WR | Washington 52. LA Rams - Bo Nix | QB | Oregon 53. Philadelphia - Dominick Puni | OL | Kansas 54. Cleveland - Braden Fiske | DL | Florida State 55. Miami - Christian Haynes | IOL | Conneticut 56. Dallas - Edgerrin Cooper | LB | Texas A&M 57. Tampa Bay - Christian Mahogany | IOL | Boston College 58. Green Bay - T.J. Tampa | CB | Iowa St. 59. Houston - Kris Jenkins | DL | Michigan 60. Buffalo - Jaden Hicks | S | Washington State 61. Detroit - Marshawn Kneeland | EDGE | Western Michigan 62. Baltimore - Mike Sainristil | CB | Michigan 63. Daniel
I like that a lot for Tennessee. No LB sucks, but the class is awful, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see them just go without this year. Getting another first next year makes it even better. Gives them ammo to move up next year if Levis shows he’s clearly not the guy.

Joshua Cephus | WR | UTS I would (personally) prefer Paul to Cooper and then grab Marist Liufau in the 5th instead of Grable. We have a huge hole at LT, C and a future opening at RG. If we kick Smith out to LT which this draft would have us doing, then that means we have to either run a backup at C or run a backup at LG. ILB is certainly a need, but the one move we made in FA was to bring a Zimmer Vet in so it's not a day 1/2 need now. Otherwise it looks good, well done!
Acgott
Giants need to spend their 2nd or 3rd on a DB. They have no depth there.
MrOaktown_56
Like most of it but can't justify Latham over Terion arnold IMHO. Munford was serviceable at OT and has been improving. OG is a hole but could be filled by a 4th over RB, which shouldn't be bad after how White played down the stretch (~100 ypg, 4.5 ypc)

CWood21
11 hours ago, goldfishwars said: 25. Green Bay - Graham Barton | OL | Duke Green Bay loves their versatile offensive linemen and Barton has true five-spot starting potential in the NFL. It’s likely his best position in inside, but he’s a well-balanced technician that can slot in right away. He fits a need and fits their athletic thresholds, but the Packers haven't taken an IOL in the first round since 1994. I know it's been widely discussed that the Packers don't take WRs in the first round, but they're even more likely to avoid an IOL. I'd put a good amount of money it'll either be OT or a defensive player. At 41, if Barton is available than I think he' snore likely to be the pick. 11 hours ago, goldfishwars said: 41. Green Bay (From NY Jets) - Tyler Nubin | S | Minnesota Fits a need and value should be fine there. Definitely on the lower end of the athleticism side, but I think this is a guy that the Packers are going to value higher than what his RAS score suggests he is. 11 hours ago, goldfishwars said: 58. Get additional picks. I don't see him going early in the 2nd RD. He could still be there at 68. 34. I would be all over Ladd McConkey. LD with Adonai Mitchell. Dynamic Duo !!!!!!!!! Rattler can read defenses and PASS the ball. I see Purdy with a stronger arm, that's if you know his head is straight. The reports say he has fixed his ego. FalconFan13
Atlanta 1 8. Dallas Turner | EDGE | Alabama 2 43. Troy Franklin | WR | Oregon 3 74. Jarvis Brownlee | CB | Louisville 3 79. Javon Bullard | S | Georgia 4 109. Mekhi Wingo | DL | LSU 5 143. Jordan Travis | QB | Florida State 6 187. Javon Solomon | EDGE | Troy 6 197. Walter Rouse | OT | Oklahoma Thats honestly not a bad draft at all for the Falcons and i love every position you took. Although looking at who was there at each pick we could have done better imo. I would change 3 guys in total in this draft and would consider it a elite draft. at 8 im taking Latu over Turner and it's not even close for me turner is way to raw and latu is way to skilled for me to pass on him. I would also take Verse before i would take Turner at 8. In the 2nd i would take T'vondre sweat at NT because we legit don't have one and in this rams scheme they 100% run one and Sweat is a monster at it with some pass rush moves as well at his size. With those 2 moves made that means Wingo isn't much of a need because we got a better DT and a more needed type of DT instead of a smaller one like Grady and onyemata. At this point i would swap that to a WR and take Jalen McMillan. So in total the draft would then be Atlanta 1 8. Laiatu Latu | EDGE | UCLA 2 43. T'vondre Sweat | NT | Texas 3 74. Jarvis Brownlee | CB | Louisville 3 79. Javon Bullard | S | Georgia 4 109. Jalen McMillain | WR | Washington 5 143. Jordan Travis | QB | Florida State 6 187. Javon Solomon | EDGE | Troy 6 197. Walter Rouse | OT | Oklahoma Turner is a solid player but we have already drafted him before in Vic Beasley super raw and super athletic. Sorta like Travon Walker from a few years ago as well. Would much rather draft a guy with elite tools already that is still descent athleticly like Latu who is more of a Watt, Bosa, Garrett, Hendrickson type of player.
INbengalfan
I really like it for the Bengals, but I'd love it more if McKinnley Jackson wasactually picked where you have us taking him, despite having him also go a few picks above that spot. We NEEEEEED a NT, or two, in this draft.

Michael Barrett | LB | Missouri Nicely balanced. Good trade though exact pick numbers would help. Trade Worthy is worthy but I would be tempted by Beebe. Paul is fine at the slot. Take Sinnott over Brooks. They need a blocking TE and he could develop as a receiver. For both round #3 picks I would look for an Edge but it's a wasteland. James is fine but Hunter Nourzad appeals as does Goncalves, partly as a G. Last year's SB starting LG is in Washington DC. After round #4 BPA. The Chiefs have mined this part of the draft for years, notably in the secondary but also OL and RB. Edited March 31 by onejayhawk
babyatemydingo
Positionally, I love the eagles draft. I would tweak some of the selections, however. 1 22. Cooper DeJean | CB | Iowa It is between him and Powers-Johnson here. Also, I think DeJean would wind up at S depending what happens in FA from here. 2 50. Payton Wilson | LB | NC State Wilson is 24. Cooper is better. I could even see Colson here. 2 53. Dominick Puni | OL | Kansas Haynes is better. If the Eagles went Powers-Johnson in the 1st another position may merit the pick. DL - Fiske/Jenkins S - Hicks CB - Tampa Edge - Kneeland WR - Pearsall/Corley/R. Wilson There are a lost of picks between 53 and 120, so this could go a lot of ways. 4 120. Cole Bishop | S | Utah OK if there is no safety to this point. Alternatives dependent on previous pick: WR - McMillan/McCaffrey/Thrash Edge - Kamara LB - Gray/Ulofoshio/Trotter DL - Boyd 5 161. Caedan Wallace | OT | Penn State Yeah, I just don't see this one. I don't perceive you as someone who makes "local" picks, so I just thing it is not a strong call. I don't hate the player, though. Alternatives: CB - Kalen King RB - Tyrone Tracy Jr., Bucky Irving WR - Tahj Washington 5 171. Tahj Washington | WR | USC 5 172. Bucky Irving | RB | Oregon The previous picks are consecutive. Based on your previous selections, the picks are apt. Alternatives: RB - Guerendo, Gore Edge - Solomon LB - Eichenberg, Watson 6 210. Nathaniel Watson | LB | Mississippi State like it, don't love it. Great tackler, two down LB, though. There's a conspicuous absence in the draft, Jalen Green | Edge | James Madison. He is a probable red shirt DE after a knee blowout. With eight picks and Brandon Graham in his last year he is ideal for the Eagles. I suspect other teams are thinking the same way and he may go earlier. I'd take him here for arguments sake. Also: OT - Driskell WR - Rosemary-Jacksaint DL - Braiden McGregor I know that is a lot to digest. To simplify I bolded my redraft. There's a second redraft in italics. Strong effort!
