DJ Moore Keenan Allen Rome Odunze Cole Kmet D'Andre Swift Bryce Young has to be fuming. Plus Braxton Jones at LT, Darnell Wright at RT, and now Amegadjie as a swing tackle for injury depth. Most of the OL investment is done already they really only need one or maybe 2 more guys and to let them settle.

General Tso
I would argue McCarthy is in the best situation. Best WR? The real JJ Best TE? arguably Hockenson Best OT combo? Darrisaw/O'Neill Best playercaller? O'Connell is 2nd if not first, Idk if I trust Payton anymore

Apparition
Anyway, best to worst situations, I'd rank them 1. Williams 2. McCarthy 3. Penix 4. Daniels 5. Nix (ranked ahead of Maye because he's got a coach with a track record of consistently putting together good offenses) 6. Maye If the Bears somehow find a way to screw up Williams' development, the organizations should just be relegated to the UFL, if not contracted outright. Sad People
Might be slightly biased but I will say JJ only because he has an offensive minded, former QB HC in KOC. You can also argue JJ has the better supporting cast around him too. 2. Williams 3. Penix Jr 4. Daniels 5. Nix 6. Maye Edited April 28 by Sad People
MonserinNC
Williams is the clear cut best...lets just get that out of the way. JJ has a great situation, like legit WR1 with Jefferson and wont even play for at least this full year. Hate this for the NFCN haha Worst Im going with Maye....drafting a guy with basically just the physical traits, then putting him on a team with no weapons, cold weather, leaving a dynasty coach, etc. Its like one of those things where a coach is hired to essentially be a bridge for the organization to get themselves together after a major shake up but with a QB. Like real talk his career is to just hold this franchise together while they retool and once they have the pieces in place, they draft their actual franchise QB. Bears kind of just did it with Fields and it sucks....but it is what it is
Snake Plissken
McCarthy Minnesota has the most complete offense with Receivers, RBs, and OL (with the IOL mediocre). They also have the most established offense with the only new pieces being Aaron Jones at RB and potentially LG depending on if they bring back Risner. The Viking offense is already set for any QB from Day 1. Having a HC and play caller like KOC is ideal for a young QB. Besiides whatever the Penix situation is, McCarthy has the least pressure to play as a rookie.
Leoric
Caleb may have the greatest rookie start ever. That being said the Bears are notorious for horrible quarterback play. I mean all time best Bears QB has to be what like Jim McMahon?
Sugashane
If the Bears defense plays like crap (Eberflus is retaining playcalling duties, and he was MUCH better than Williams so unlikely) or Waldron underperforms then I say Poles/Kevin Warren should give Ben Johnson a blank check to be the new HC. You saw what he has done in DET, steal him and bring Fraley in as the OC/OL coach and let them work.
El Ramster
Drake maye is the best. They’re all trash besides Maye.
onejayhawk
Penix and it isn't close. Ask Pat Mahomes about Alex Smith and Cousins is a player Mahomes talks up. Penix gets a full year at the foot of a craftsman. Weapons are nice. OL is important. Mentoring is better than either.
