Has Kenny Clark lost himself money this year? So dominant week 1-2, dare I say mediocre at best since. I wonder what the injury is, but I'm not paying close to what DTs who impact the pass game regularly make at this point. If he wants that, he can prove it to me on his 5th year option.

Really has not made much of an impact it feels like in the last few games.  Hope it is some nagging injury vs him reaching a plateau in performance.  Agree that waiting on the contract seems like a fair option.

an NBA exec tried to get me a job one time but i didn't pass the pre-hiring test even though i downed like 4 gallons of water in 2 days

if you are going to dilute, you have to boost up your creatine levels or the test will bust you for dilution.
You can either take creatine supplements or eat a ton of red meat that boost your levels. Also - a taking multivitamin adds some color, so your pee won't look clear from all the water.

Don’t know if it’s being discussed yet, but LeVeon Bell says the Packers inquired about trading for him.  Glad we didn’t, but still interesting.

I feel like Gute is anxious to make a big move, but only for the right price.  Good.

He also listed the Steelers as a team who called so who knows, he might be full of ****.

Yup that's why I said I actually hope he's fighting through an injury because otherwise I don't like what I'm seeing.

How would that work?  Doesn't he come with a massive contract?  Jets really screwed the pooch on that one.  They would have to give away picks just to unload him.  Maybe Mia would do another salary dump move.  Hasn't done squat this year either.

I would bet it's a very high number of player that Gute inquired on before the trade deadline.  That goes for most GM's in a buying position.

As far as Bell goes though I would bet he was mentioned in passing only because Gute had specifically called on two or three other Jet players.

I think this is mostly BS I cant see why you would trade for his contract and then replace or take snaps away from Jones. The chemistry between Jones and Rodgers is crazy right now I wouldnt mess with that at this point of the season. Then their is the contract aspect of it. Maybbe Gute called and asked about someone else and then he was brought up my guess is the question about how much of that contract the jets would eat was raised and thats where the conversation ended.

I doubt if we traded for bell, we would have been on the hook for his entire contract. His signing bonus would have likely stayed with the jets.

I definitely see the reason we’d want another rb. When jones was out a few drives Sunday, the O stalled. Jones size and usage does concern me. Williams is a complimentary piece. We could definitely use another back since we’ve been using a lot of 2 back lineups as well.

Here's an article on Safety Ibraheim Campbell, who will be joining the team post PUP.
He has practiced the last 2 weeks and GB will have to either put him on the 53 or on IR soon

https://packerstalk.com/2019/11/01/packers-ibraheim-campbells-impact-when-he-returns/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+PackersTalk+(PackersTalk.com)

Campbell is versatile which is precisely what Pettine wants in his defenders. Last year in Green Bay, Campbell lined up in coverage out wide, as the free safety, and down in the box where he took over a third of his total snaps from. And down in the box is where he will make his biggest impact in 2019.

"Carolina Panthers quarterback Scam Newton is traveling to Green Bay on Friday to see Dr. Robert Anderson, a noted foot specialist and assistant team doctor for the Packers, and it’s now unlikely Newton will play next Sunday against the Packers at Lambeau Field."
