Well Chad Henne just retired. maybe he can get Tom Brady out of retirement and his fox contract to teach Kirk some lessons.
battle2heaven
So I was messing around with the Vikings cap stuff on OTC and I made the following moves: - paycut for Thielen base salary of 11.8m to 5.5m -paycut for Harrison Smith base salary of 14.7m to 8m -trade dalvin pre 6/1 for a 5th rounder, cap savings of 7.9m -cut kendricks, cap savings of 9.5m -cut hicks, cap savings of 5m -cut ham, cap savings of 3m -restructure O'Neill, take 13.125m of his base and convert into a signing bonus, new cap number is 9.25m, savings of 10m. -sign Brandel to his tender of 940k -sign Tonga to his tender of 940k After all of this, Vikings are now currently roughly 25m below the cap. This doesn't include doing anything with Kirk, Z, Hunter, or Hockenson yet. Priority positions of need - 1 boundary cb 1 slot cb, 1 ILB 1 interior DL 1 center Kwesi and Co will be making a lot of moves, but a lot of these moves are not very difficult to accomplish. They think with Flores pressure schemes, Wonnom, Jones, draft pick, smaller FA signing can offset the loss. New cap space would be roughly 37M With 37M, you can be decent players in free agency.
swede700
I'm not sure the person that created this thought it through, considering 3 of the 4 in the picture potentially may not even be on the team in the 2023 season. 😂

Would think Hunter would be there over Smith. And where’s Cousins?

The link to the house says “only available due to relocation.” I never thought about the idea of trading Z, but that makes more sense then outright cutting him. SemperFeist
The first move of the offseason is a predictable one.
