Wiltfong and the prognosticators have had OSU as the heavy favorite for a while. I can see UT making that push and getting him though. They are the home state, so they have that advantage. LSU isn't getting Cook, though. Cook would be an awesome recruit for OSU but isn't a must-have. They're pretty loaded with corners from the 2017 class. If they were to strike out with Cook though, I'd have to believe someone like Tyson Campbell would have revived interest. Surtain seems like more of a longshot, even with the way things are at LSU.
