Also, Aaron Rodgers in the division, Vikings, and the Lions aren't pushovers. If the Bears can get to 8-8 I think that would be a major improvement. First year head coach though. He and Dorsey have a history together, so that should work in their favor, and even if he has been overrated by the name somewhat, I have to believe that he's better than a lot of the FO personnel they've been using in the past.
