Gotta think with 2 first rounders next year, we can get almost any Edge we want. Might work out perfectly. In the mean time, see what Biegel and others have to offer

There are some very elite defensive players next year as well!

Big lesson from the first 2 days is to be patient with management. Everyone was upset about the trade back; we come back up 3 picks later an nab a top CB with an extra first for next year in the back pocket. People get concerned about the lack of a third; we trade up with one of our 4ths to grab one. Everyone was outraged when we traded away what might have been our best performer at a place of need; we add 3-4 potential starting-quality players in that position by the second day of the draft. This is a responsive management team with long-term solutions in place. Not everything will make sense when it happens but we can accept that the personnel people have some kind of long-term strategy and aren't just throwing resources in the trash.

It offers a TON of flexibility.

It feels like the day before an exam, when you think you've been studying well all along, but somehow suddenly you gotta cram anyway. I can't find much fault in what we did the first few rounds...but now it feels like we've got a lot of needs to feel and we're running short on prospect.

I think DaeSean Hamilton has been talked to death here. From STRICTLY a combine numbers + online reports of character standpoint, Cedrick Wilson, WR, Boise State has me intrigued.

I know Okoronkwo is still out there, and he's an easy guy to root for, but to me he's more of a 4-3 SAM vs a 3-4 Edge - I think I still have some residual fear from how the Carl Bradford pick panned out. Since EDGE is such a premium I think we have to take a chance if we want to find a gem. To wit, Kylie Fitts numbers are great and he flashed at the Senior Bowl. Would love to take a chance on his lack of power and injury risk to see if he can't become a pass rush specialistq7H6RxX.png

Someone else brought up Andrew Brown from UVA - I'm a fan of that one too.

Timon Parris - Stony Brook OG/OT.  Started as a LT. From what I've read, he's got great feet, which is the part you can't teach
