Apparently, 40 employees quit following Brian Lafemina's firing, and one person said only about five were because they received better job offers. That amounts to 25% of the Redskins non-football staff. On top of that, the Redskins called a staff meeting where a subordinate announced the firing and that there were currently no word or plans on a replacement. So Snyder and Allen fired Lafemina, and neither met with his team to announce the change, or that they were working on replacements. This shouldn't surprise me, but yet it does.
