Would like to see more of him in the passing game, though. I absolutely adore him in a way that is mildly inappropriate for one man to adore another.

pnies20
David Montgomery is going to be a solid #2 NFL RB reminds me of Conner. Similar build, tough, grinding and patient. Edited October 27, 2018 by pnies20
ET80
OU RB Rodney Anderson declared. Given his injury history, where does he go?

This isn't just a knee injury, he's broken his leg and a broken vertebrae - those aren't simple injuries to account for, teams are going to dive headfirst into validating he's not going to fall apart. Talent wise, he's got what you want - but who knows how long he can play with these injuries mounting up.
BleedTheClock
Rodney Anderson is an early R2 talent, but his injury history is brutal. I think he goes in R4. Also, I don't think his test numbers are going to be a concern. He's going to test very well. Not elite RB well, but he's very fast and nimble for a 220+ RB. Jeezla
Darrell Henderson, please stick around until round 2. I bet my Eagles can't pass on you twice.

Will he translate? Fantastic back, ultra competitor, really good vision, great in pass protection, but isn't blessed with speed. Still can make it though IMO Sounds like what the Texans need for their offense - would be a nice pairing with Lamar Miller (or maybe D'Onta Foreman if he can ever come back). His pass pro will probably suck because he isn't 220 lbs, but he can run and catch. He'll be a more explosive (And hopefully healthier) Aaron Jones. Depends on how comfortable you are with the medicals. If there's a silver lining in his injury history, it's not a repeat problem. First it was the leg, then it was the neck, and most recently it was the knee. The kid might be the most talented of the draft-eligible backs, but he's going to drop because of the injury concerns. Yeah that injury history Anderson has is awful. 2015 played 2 games then missed the season with a leg injury 2016 Missed the season due to neck injury in the August camp 2017 played the full season 2018 played 2 games then missed the season with a knee injury Out of 56 possible games played in a four year career including bowls, he has played what 17 of them and missed the rest due to injury... Will be very interesting to see where he goes, because just looking at that laid out over time, would be a massive risk even drafting him. Three major injuries in a four year career. On the other hand, there's limited mileage on him. If you can get him late Day 2, early Day 3 I'd jump at that opportunity if your medical team clears him.
