TheKillerNacho
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/05/03/eagles-signing-linebacker-zach-brown/ A starter for the Redskins in the last two seasons, Brown has developed a reputation of a terrific run-stopping Linebacker. Eagles had a void at Linebacker since losing Jordan Hicks to the Cardinals, so it's a good fit.

Broncofan
Another vet who got released, so it doesn't count against the comp pick formula, right? I figured all the FA's who cost anything would be signed next week since it then doesn't count in the formula, but WAS' release allows PHI to sign him and not get dinged in the formula. Either way, it's a very solid addition for the 1-year commitment, no long-term risk if he's starting to decline (always a risk at his age with ILB). If he's not, it really solidifies that LB corps. With a healthy Wentz and an upgraded OL / RB corps, and their secondary with more experience after a tough rookie season for many of them, PHI really looks ready to get back into the top tier of contenders. Hats off to Roseman. Edited May 3, 2019 by Broncofan

ACO
This is a great signing for the Eagles. This dude always performs well. Eagles making smart moves.
HTTRDynasty
Redskins weakest position on defense is ILB, yet they released Brown. That should tell you something. Guy is highly athletic, but he blows assignments like he’s doing it on purpose.

RaidersAreOne
Really would have loved him on the Raiders, over Burfict and/or Marshall. Oh well, good pick up Philly.

Jeezla
Eagles needed this. I much prefer Zach Brown at MLB over Nigel Bradham moving to MLB. Now Nigel stays at SLB, where he's at his best, and we also fill the biggest hole on our team with a solid vet on a freaking 3 million dollar deal. He's a downgrade from Hicks (When Hicks is healthy), but dang, what a bargain at that salary.
